Ryan was awesome! He called about 30 minutes before arriving to let me know he was in his way and he arrived within the time frame I was given. He seemed very knowledgeable, was able to diagnose the issue quickly and give me options, including pricing, on the spot. Once I approved the services he suggested, he went to work, giving my garage door some much needed “love” — his word, which showed me that he’s good at what he does because he loves his job. Excellent service and my garage door has never felt so loved. 😂

I would highly recommend Garage Door Gurus. Owner (Ryan) was great to work with. He is very professional and knowledgeable.  And his pricing is very reasonable.  Had an older garage door opening stop working. Searched around to try to find a reputable company and came across Garage Door Gurus. Decided to give them a try. Very happy I did.  Called on a Sat morning and Ryan was able to schedule service for Monday. Ryan and his associate Adam showed up on time. I explained what the problem was and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and provide solutions. He said he could either repair the motor/sprocket or he could install new opening if I wanted a newer/better one since mine was old. I opted to repair the existing unit. Most notable he did not pressure me into buying a new unit but just offered options, which I appreciated.  He seems to be an honest guy who’s willing to work you on whatever it is that you want/need. Anyway, he was able to successfully fix the existing opener, and did additional maintenance on the spring and track and provided suggestions. Ryan was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely use Garage Door Gurus again.

I highly recommend the Garage Door Guru's!  They were able to come the next day at a time that was convenient for me.  They notified me 45 minutes before their arrival. In addition to repairing my garage door, they made some helpful preventative maintenance suggestions to extend the life of my door and hardware.  They were also less expensive that most of their competitors.  The overall experience was great!

Great honest company. Shows up on time! The next time we need garage service, we will call them. No pressure sales. He would have made a simple repair, but our garage had been repaired several times and it was old. I was quoted a reasonable price for an all new assembly. He had it in stock and got us scheduled within a week or so. All in all, great experience
